 MINIMUM PURCHASE

• For Latest Collections the minimum purchase is ONE box which contains sizes: 1 x XS, 2 x S, 2 x M, 1 x L, OR 1 x S, 2 x M, 2 x L, 1 x XL.
  
• For Special Offers you can choose single sizes. 

DELIVERY & FREIGHT

• All prices are EXW Kwidzyn, INCOTERMS 2000.
  
• The delivery time is approximate 1 to 5 working days depanding on destination.
  
• Domestic orders are shiped with GLS Courier Company. The freight cost is 30 PLN for every 30 kg.
  
• Foreign orders are shiped with DPD Courier Company. Freight cost to EU countries is 100 PLN for every 30 kg. For other destinations ask for the freight quotation.
  

FINAL TERMS

• The owner of DNK Company can change the regulations. Changes effects imidiately after publishing on the website.
• Non of the changes will effect negatively on rights and obligations of a client in reference to orders in realization.
• The competent court of the place where the DNK Company has registered office shall have jurisdiction in any action arising out of this rules. Provided always that, if the DNK Company is the plaintiff, may choose to bring the action before the competent court of the place where the client has his registered office.
• With placing an order client declare to accept all regulations on website www.dnk.com.pl. If a client does not adhere the regulations the owner of the DNK Company may cancel the order.
